13T Hybar Open

The diagram 1/039 high goods wagon had a tarpaulin bar to avoid the situation where water could lie on the tarpaulin and eventually leak through onto the cargo. A total of 5650 were built at Derby and Ashford in 8 lots between 1951 and 1957.
