Class 'A' Tanker (Shell & BP)

This design of tanker was built to the specifications laid down by the RCH in 1927. Class A petrol tankers often carried colourful liveries.
This tanker has a different logo on each side. Click the picture above for another, slightly larger, view of the other side.

Features:

Opening filler

Filler opens and closes when loading/unloading.

Filler may be 'posed' in the open position in Surveyor and Driver. It will automatically be closed when either the handbrake is released or the vehicle becomes part of a train with a locomotive. (picture shows the Class 'B' Tankers)

Animated brake gear

The brake gear mirrors the handbrake state of the vehicle

The pictures show this on the cattle wagon as an illustration of the system

Working vac pipes and screw couplings

The pictures show this on another wagon as an illustration of the system

Physics:  Physics are disabled when the vehicle is not part of a train with a locomotive (it becomes a 'scenery' object, reducing the load on the graphics engine)

Livery and weathering details:
3 randomly selected levels of weathering which are applied when placing the vehicle.
Skins can also be selected in the 'Properties' window for the vehicle.

Clean

Lightly weathered

Heavily weathered

These tankers are updated versions of the Class 'A' tankers available as Payware from Paul Hobbs.
